It’s Spring Break

New Shoes by Paolo Nutini

If someone does not know how to write a tutorial, then they shouldn’t. I ran across a site recently and tried to follow a couple a few of their tutorials, but I couldn’t. You wanna know why?. I don’t if it was because they left out steps or what but nothing I did turned out like the pictures they used in the tutorials in all. I kept trying to figure out I was doing wrong, but couldn’t figure it out. It was so frustrating! When you’re trying to teach someone how to do something, you need to be thorough and read over it and see if you can follow your own tutorial the way it is. And if your just not good at making tutorials, why would you offer them on your site?

So, as you probably guessed I finished the Private series a while ago. Basically what happened next was they found out that Cheyenne was actually murdered and at first a lot of people said that Noelle and Reed conspired together to kill her but that was obviously a bunch of hooey and didn’t last long. Eventually they discovered they real killer. He and/or she was also responsible for all the stuff that happened bad to Reed as in her stalker, hooking up with Dash, her break-up with Josh, and her getting kicked out of Billings. Temporarily, of course. Then they all go on vacation and Reed falls in love again, and someone else is after her. And surprise, surprise, the final book ends in a cliff hanger, just like every other one. And I’m going to have to wait until September to find out what happens next. But that’s all I’m going to tell you for now because I want you to read the series yourself. Even though you might be think “What’s the point? You’ve already given away the entire story.” you’re wrong. Despite everything I’ve told you, I haven’t told you anything you couldn’t learn from reading the blurbs on the back of the books. There is much, much more.

Okay, I’m sure you’ve all noticed how when you comment, you see the blog contents, the comment form, and the blog contents again. Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening? I’ve tried everything I can think of to get rid of it, but it won’t go away. Any help would be appreciated. And also does anyone watch the show Pushing Daisies. I’m going to start watching it through Netflix because I’ve read some good reviews of it but I’d like to have your opinions on it also. Oh and as a final suggestion, watch the movies The Jane Austen Book Club and Becoming Jane. They’re both really good.

I’m not sure what to say about the blog thing… if I could look at the code, maybe I could figure it out? It looks like you might just have a retreival code in two different places.

Haha, I remember when I used Cutenews, I really wanted the commenters plug, I used a tutorial at a site, I tried it 6 times and did it correctly everytime, it never worked. I know how frustrating that is. I hardly ever use tutorials though, I normally will ask a friend or an affiliate how to do something if I truly can’t figure it out. I hope you figure out whatever it is though. ;)

Um, for the problem, you may have the blog code in your index.php twice perhaps? Just check your coding.

Thanks for voting! Haha, had my database not been buggy, I would’ve been able to tell people about it! But yeah, woo 8 votes. I’d need 60 votes to actually win. So..yeah. AHAHA. Good luck with that for me. Right? Sigh. :(

I think you should join my icon contest! I’m lacking people. Hey, I really like that your post shows up at the bottom too. Makes it easier for me to read & comment at the same time. Oh, wait I guess you don’t like that. haha.

Umm. It’s most likely because in your comments page, there is the post code that is repeating itself. You should look into it & end any thing that might not be closed or delete the lines that call for your posts to repeat.

I liked Pushing Daisies. Didn’t they end it though?

Oh you should edit your permalink settings! Lulz I hate when people have tutorials that don’t have screen shots. A wall of text is not something I look forward to.

Sorry but I have no idea how to help you out with your blog entry problem with regards to the coding coz someone else coded my layout for me :s

Anyway I hate it when I couldn’t follow a good tutorial step by step just coz the directions aren’t written very well. Oh well. Some people are just trying a bit TOO hard.

Pushing Daisies look interesting but too bad i’ve never tried watching it yet, though.
